I love my stay in Mona Plaza very much!The hotel is brand new and clean. Interior is nice and stylish. And also the staff was very kind and polite. Wish them all the best!

Very nice place, but I wasn't happy as I asked if in fruit salad was fresh fruit, they told yes-of cores. And it was canded fruit. It was solid, but I didn't want that.

I never stay on this hotel, but I have booked 3 nights one month ago, i canceled my trip and (of course) I forgot to inform the hotel in advance, in order to not pay a fee for my cancellation. I mail them today, when my reservation is not refundable, I explain and they was OK to not ask me 1 penny for this cancellation. So, definitively they win a future client. Chapeau Bas!

When i make the reservation, i ask for a gluten free menu and they told me "no problem, me have gluten free menu". So, i make the reservation with half board menu. When i went to the hotel, i was assured for my gluten free menu. But when dinner time came, they told me that they haven't got gluten free menu neither for breakfast and dinner! It's a crime that a 4stars hotel behaves like this to people with health disease! Shame on you!
